I found an interesting lemonade at Vitaliy Barilko's. There is constant freshness in every sip of the drink. I reduced the sugar and the amount of water, as we love thick juices, but in the original 3 liters of water and 250 g of sugar. Shake before use as the drink will separate into layers in the refrigerator.

  1. 1. Rinse orange and lemon well and scald on all sides with boiling water.
  2. 2. Freeze directly on the skin for at least 3 hours. All manipulations are needed to remove the bitterness from the peel.
  3. 3. Leave to lie down after the freezer for 10 minutes and cut into pieces.
  4. 4. Beat with a blender.
  5. 5. Pour sugar with water in advance - 250 ml (glass).
  6. 6. And boil the syrup over low heat.
  7. 7. Pour in the cooled syrup.
  8. 8. Pour in the rest of the water. Stir.
  9. 9. Pour through a sieve.
  10. 10. Grind.
