  2. 2. Peel the pineapple from the skin and core. Blend with a blender until pureed.
  3. 3. Mix juice and puree mixture.
  4. 4. Wash the fresh mint, and tear it into large pieces with your hands.
  5. 5. Add mint to liquid and stir.
