A very simple, healthy and summer-style refreshing salad from affordable products. It is perfect for weight watchers. Citric acid (it can be replaced with lemon juice) does not allow apples to darken and gives a pleasant sourness. I hope you will enjoy!

  1. Finely shred the cabbage.
  2. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  3. Cut the apple into thin slices.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together, add salt, pepper, olive oil and citric acid dissolved in water.
  5. Let stand for 1 hour and serve. A light, tasty and refreshing salad is ready.
