Liquid pear sherbet is a sweet and cold treat. A drink that perfectly quenches thirst, has a delicate structure, and great taste.

  1. 1. Prepare fruit puree. Wash pears, dry with paper towels, remove seeds, and cut into slices.
  2. 2. Place the pears and clean berries (1/4 cup) in a large bowl.
  3. 3. Add powdered sugar or sugar. If sugar, then it should completely dissolve.
  4. 4. Grind fruit with a blender. The resulting mixture can be passed through a sieve. Thanks to this, the sherbet texture will be more beautiful. Fruit puree is ready!
  5. 5. Then add lemon juice.
  6. 6. And cold milk. Mix them with fruit puree.
  7. 7. Lastly, put the ice cream and pierce with a blender until a homogeneous lush mass. The finished sherbet should have the texture of soft ice cream.
  8. 8. We spread the dessert in glasses or bowls, and decorate and serve.
