A very appetizing, slightly unusual and satisfying omelet with meatballs can be prepared with very little time and food. Some 30 minutes - and a wonderful breakfast for two will flaunt on your morning table.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We pass a piece of meat through a meat grinder (or take ready-made minced meat).
  2. Pepper and salt the minced meat to taste.
  3. Drive eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt.
  4. Pour in milk.
  5. It is best to beat eggs with milk with a mixer: it will turn out faster and better.
  6. Add one tablespoon of the omelet mixture to the minced meat, mix. With wet hands we form meatballs from minced meat. I got 7 meatballs with a diameter of 5-6 cm.
  7. In a stewpan with a thick bottom, heat the vegetable oil, put the meatballs there.
  8. Fill the meatballs with the omelet mixture almost to the very top.
  9. Put the saucepan on the smallest heat, cover and cook the omelet with meatballs for 15 minutes, until the eggs set.
  10. We spread a delicious omelet with meatballs on a plate. When the omelet has cooled down a bit, it can even be easily cut into portions (like pie).
  11. Bon Appetit!
