Milk banana jelly

  1. 1. Mash half a small, soft banana with a fork.
  2. 2. Add a pinch of salt, banana puree, and vanillin to the milk.
  3. 3. For a more homogeneous state, you can pierce with a blender.
  4. 4. Dilute starch with milk or water until smooth. How much to put starch - decide for yourself, the density of the drink depends on it. Or refer to the instructions on the package.
  5. 5. Place a saucepan of milk on the stove and bring to a boil, stirring. Pour in the diluted starch and stir quickly. The jelly will begin to thicken and, as soon as the first “bulges” appear, remove the jelly from the heat and pour it into cups.
  6. 6. When serving, sprinkle the jelly with chopped walnuts.
