Such an unusual lemonade is good in hot summer. When whipped, whey sizzles and rises into the foam - such is its effect. Serve and drink immediately, otherwise, the foam is not stable. Additives can be changed to taste: any jam or jam will do. You can add lemon if the whey is not too acidic.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. My mint is already overgrown. Separate a few mint leaves.
  2. 2. Serum can be frozen in these bottles - very convenient. And, when necessary, get it on the table in the evening. Whey makes pancakes well and yeast dough is perfect for it.
  3. 3. You will also need sugar or honey, as whey is usually sour.
  4. 4. Pour in the whey and beat with a blender or whisk. You can already drink.
  5. 5. For color, I decided to add a little lingonberry syrup. The lingonberry itself has already given up all the juices, throw it away.
  6. 6. Tear or chop the mint, grind a little in your hands or with a mortar.
  7. 7. Throw ice into the glass.
  8. 8. Pour a frothy drink.
  9. 9. Serve until the foam has settled.
