Simple, tasty and beautiful egg and tomato appetizer. You can use egg and tomato mushrooms to decorate dishes.

Ingredients

  1. Boil eggs hard-boiled.
  2. Refrigerate and clean.
  3. Cut in half (across).
  4. Remove the yolk from the egg halves.
  5. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
  6. Put the yolk on a plate and mash with a fork. Add grated cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise, 1-2 tbsp. spoons.
  7. Mix well. The filling for the eggs is ready.
  8. Stuff the egg halves with the filling.
  9. Wash greens, chop finely. Pour on a plate in the form of "weed".
  10. Put the stuffed egg halves with the filling down on top of the herbs.
  11. Wash the tomatoes, cut in half. Cut out the middle slightly with a knife. Put the tomato caps on the egg halves. Make dots on the tomatoes with mayonnaise, imitating the pattern on the caps of the fly agarics. Mushrooms from eggs with tomatoes are ready.
