An appetizer is prepared from cheese and eggs, with garlic, mayonnaise and fresh herbs.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. For Christmas trees, grate hard cheese, melted cheese (I had mushroom flavor, but you can take any) and 2 boiled eggs on a fine grater. Combine cheese and eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add one crushed (squeezed through a press) garlic clove and 2 tbsp. spoons of mayonnaise. Mix cheese and eggs with garlic and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. On the plate in which you will serve the cheese appetizer, lay out the resulting mass in the form of two cone-shaped Christmas trees.
  4. Garnish the Christmas tree cones with parsley leaves.
  5. Greens will play the role of needles and perfectly refresh the cheese mass both in appearance and taste.
  6. For snowmen, grate Adyghe cheese, cheese and the remaining egg on a fine grater. Mix, add chopped garlic and mayonnaise to taste to make a viscous mass.
  7. Roll several balls of different sizes from the cheese mass and form snowmen out of them by fastening the balls together with toothpicks.
  8. Install snowmen among the Christmas trees. Make carnation eyes and buttons for snowmen.
  9. Hats can be cut from carrots. Twigs of greenery will serve as hands. You can add a snowman's "face" with a piece of sweet pepper or carrot.
  10. A festive appetizer for the New Year's table - made of cheese and eggs, with garlic, mayonnaise and herbs - is ready.
  11. Bon appetit!
