• Radish - 150 Gram Cucumbers - 100 Gram Chicken eggs - 2 Pieces Kefir - 300 Milliliters (2.5% fat) Water with gas - 300 Milliliters Greens - 15 Gram Salt - To taste Pepper - To taste Lemon juice - To taste

Directions

1. Prepare all ingredients. Rinse and dry the radishes, cut the tails. Cut the radishes into small cubes. Next, cut a fresh cucumber into small cubes, add it to the bowl with the radish.
2. Boil chicken eggs for 10 minutes in salted water.
3. Peel the eggs and cut into small cubes. Add eggs to a bowl. Rinse the greens and chop finely, add to the general container. Add salt and pepper to taste, add lemon juice. Fill okroshka with kefir and water. Stir and refrigerate for 30 minutes, serve. Bon Appetit!
