Omelette roll with chicken and mushrooms

A beautiful, tasty and satisfying omelette roll can be prepared for breakfast, or you can also on a festive table.

  1. Grate the cheese with a fine grater.
  2. Combine eggs, mayonnaise, cheese, semolina, salt. Stir until smooth and leave to infuse for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Line a baking sheet (30×20) with parchment paper for baking. Lubricate the paper with vegetable oil. Pour out the egg mixture.
  4. Bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes, depending on your oven. Remove paper and let cool.
  5. Wash mushrooms, clean. Grind chicken fillet, egg, milk, mushrooms in a blender until smooth.
  6. Add salt and pepper to the mince to taste.
  7. Put minced meat on the omelet.
  8. Roll up the roll.
  9. Wrap the roll in foil. Bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
  10. Let cool in foil.
  11. Cut the omelette roll and serve.
