Orange Eggnog (non-alcoholic)

The traditional Eggnog is made with rum, of course, and it is insanely delicious, but I want to share a non-alcoholic version of this drink, no less tasty, with a bright orange note.

Ingredients

• egg yolks 2 pcs.
• sugar taste
• oranges 1 PC.
• thyme 1 branch
• cream 300 ml

Directions

1. 1. Mix yolks with sugar. I added 2 tablespoons, but I have a sweet tooth)))
2. 2. Pour in the cream and mix well.
3. 3. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring all the time, until the sugar dissolves. Add orange zest and thyme. Cool down. Take out the thyme.
4. 4. Put the finely chopped orange pulp into a glass.
5. 5. Pour over a chilled drink and serve.
