Cooked fruit kvass for the first time. It turned out to be a pretty refreshing drink.

  3. 3. Put orange slices in a jar of warm boiled water. Add sugar, citric acid, and yeast. Leave the jar in a warm place to ferment for a day. I have a jar in the kitchen on the stove. Cover the neck with a cloth.
  4. 4. After a while, the fermentation process will begin.
  5. 5. The next day, carefully drain the contents of the jar through a sieve. Discard the orange pieces and bottle the kvass. Close the lid and refrigerate for several hours to chill. Open with care - bottles are under pressure!
