Refreshing orange nectar is the best alternative to store-bought packaged juice. From 2 oranges, 4.5 liters of aromatic natural drink are obtained.

  1. 1. To prepare orange nectar, you will need the following products: oranges, sugar, citric acid or lemon juice, and water. Pour oranges with boiling water and freeze them in the freezer.
  2. 2. After defrosting oranges and twist in a meat grinder or chop with a blender. Add 1.5 liters of bottled water to the crushed orange mass. Let the drink brew for a while. Then strain the drink through cheesecloth folded in several layers. In the resulting drink, add sugar to taste and citric acid (lemon juice). Add 3 liters of water, and stir the drink until the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour into bottles. Cool down.
  3. 3. Store the drink in the refrigerator.
