Creamy mushroom sauce, tender chicken fillet and your favorite pasta - this is a win-win idea for dinner!

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces, salt, pepper, add paprika, Provence herbs and sunflower oil - 2-3 tbsp. Mix everything well.
  2. Fry in a pan for 3-4 minutes on each side. Set the fillet aside in a separate bowl.
  3. In the same pan, add onion and garlic finely chopped and fry for 5 minutes. Add 200 g of mushrooms. Simmer them covered for 5 minutes.
  4. Add broth (or water) and cream of any fat content. Salt and pepper a little and add herbs. The previously fried chicken fillet is also here and simmer it all for 15 minutes. While it's all stewing, cook the pasta. Add them to the pan, mix well and serve.
