Provencal baked tomatoes

Delicious light summer snack of tomatoes. Baked tomatoes are great as a side dish for meat.

  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
  2. Mix garlic, parsley with breadcrumbs and 3 tbsp. spoons of olive oil. Pepper, salt.
  3. Wash the tomatoes, cut the stalk, cut into two halves. Lay the filling on top of the slice.
  4. Lubricate the form with vegetable oil and put the tomatoes close to each other. Pour over 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown on top.
