I know that many people like this drink in the summer. It refreshes, tones, and nourishes. It is often made from kefir, only kefir is harsh in taste, but with parents, the drink turns out to be very tender and velvety. Even children drink it with pleasure.

  1. 1. Prepare all ingredients. For a drink, I use variants, it tastes softer than kefir, not very sour, it has a delicate creamy taste of baked milk. I did not find it in the ingredients, so I chose kefir.
  2. 2. Peel the skin from the fresh cucumber and chop it randomly. Send to the blender bowl.
  3. 3. Wash greens well, shake off moisture, and chop. Send to the blender bowl.
  4. 4. Add a pinch of salt, and squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  5. 5. Grind the cucumber with herbs with a submersible blender until gruel.
  6. 6. Pour in the varenets, put a few pieces of ice and mix with a blender again.
