Ruddy potatoes in soy sauce, baked in the oven

I want to share a recipe for making very tasty potatoes. Potatoes in the oven are just incredibly tasty, saturated with the aroma of spices, and have an appetizing golden brown crust. A good baked potato recipe for a delicious lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

• Potatoes - 800 g
• Soy sauce - 4 tbsp. l.
• Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp. l.
• Chopped garlic - 1 tbsp. l.
• A mixture of dry Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
• Ground nutmeg - 0.5 tsp.
• Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.

Directions

1. Peel and cut the potatoes into 2 or 4 pieces, depending on the size of the potato.
2. Boil the sliced ​​potatoes until half cooked.
3. Cooking the sauce: mix the soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic, pepper, dry herbs, nutmeg.
4. Add the sauce to the slightly cooled potatoes and mix.
5. Grease the form with oil and send the potatoes into it.
6. We bake potatoes in the oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
7. Such baked potatoes can be served as an independent dish or as a side dish for meat.
