Salad "Pineapple"

Bright, colorful and very tasty salad with pineapple and chicken will decorate any holiday table! delicious salad recipe! Do not spare pineapples - they give the dish juiciness and aroma. If you don’t want to cook such a salad in layers, you can mix all the ingredients in one bowl and just beautifully put it on a festive dish in a slide and decorate with herbs to taste.

Ingredients

• chicken fillet - 400 gr
• canned pineapples - 1 can
• eggs - 4 pcs
• corn - 1 can
• cheese - 200 gr
• mayonnaise
• green onion for garnish

Directions

1. Lubricate the dish with mayonnaise, lay out the ingredients in layers, cut into cubes of the same size, alternate each layer with mayonnaise.
2. 1 - layer: boiled chicken fillet.
3. 2 - layer: chopped eggs.
4. 3 - layer: pineapples.
5. 4 - layer: cheese.
6. 5 - layer: corn.
7. We make a pineapple crest with the help of green onions.
