Salad can be decorated with olives, walnuts, prunes, poppy seeds. I usually use chips when there are children at the table, because no one eats them in an adult company and they get soggy.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the smoked breast from the skin and bones, cut into cubes, put in a dish on which you will serve the salad and season with mayonnaise.
  2. Cut the onion into cubes and sauté in vegetable oil. Cool, drain oil.
  3. Mushrooms (boletus, boletus, redheads) cut into cubes and fry until tender, cool.
  4. Mushrooms and onions mix put in a second layer
  5. Grate cheese and boiled eggs, season with mayonnaise. Lay out the third layer.
  6. Rinse prunes in cold water, scald with boiling water, cut into pieces. Insert chips around. Decorate the salad.
