Another improvisation salad with fresh vegetables from what was found in the refrigerator.

  1. In this salad, it is more appropriate to use a fresh cucumber, but I didn’t have it, so I replaced it with a tomato.
  2. If you like French mustard beans, you can use that too.
  3. Wash cabbage, finely chop.
  4. Salt a little and knead well.
  5. If the cabbage is very juicy, then drain the excess juice.
  6. Cut the tomato into slices or cubes.
  7. If you cook with cucumber, then straws.
  8. Sweet pepper cut into strips.
  9. Put the tuna and jars with a fork.
  10. If you do not want to use dressing in the salad, just send the entire contents of the jar to the salad bowl.
  11. Cooled eggs, peel, separate into whites and yolks.
  12. Chop the whites into strips or a cube, you can grate.
  13. You can just fry egg pancakes and cut them into strips.
  14. In the remaining oil from the tuna, put the yolks, grind with a fork.
  15. Add mustard and sour cream, mix well.
  16. The gas station is ready.
  17. If desired, the salad can be seasoned with ordinary sour cream or mayonnaise.
  18. Toss salad with dressing and serve immediately.
  19. Tuna is quite salty, so it is not necessary to add salt to the salad.
