Salad with green beans and smoked chicken breast is a bright, colorful and very tasty salad without mayonnaise. Thanks to vegetables, it turns out to be very juicy and light, and at the same time, smoked chicken breast and feta make it hearty and nutritious. Such a salad is suitable for everyday lunch / dinner, and for a festive table, as it looks elegant and colorful.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Let's prepare all the ingredients. At the smoked chicken breast, we separate the meat from the bones and skin, wash the tomatoes and peppers, peel the onion.
  2. For this salad, it is better to take an orange or yellow bell pepper, so the salad will look more colorful and bright.
  3. In a preheated frying pan, lightly greased with olive oil, put the frozen beans, add a little salt and keep on medium heat (on my electric stove 5 out of 9), stirring occasionally, until the excess liquid has evaporated and the beans are half cooked (the beans should remain slightly-slightly crunchy ).
  4. Let the cooked beans cool down. With this method of cooking, the beans do not lose their bright green color and do not become too soft.
  5. While the beans are cooking, chop all the other ingredients. For bell peppers, we remove the stalks, seeds and partitions, for tomatoes - the hard part at the junction with the stalk. Cut smoked chicken breast, peppers, tomatoes and feta into small bars the size of beans (or slightly smaller). Finely chop the onion.
  6. Mix all the ingredients together, add salt and black pepper to taste, season with olive oil and mix thoroughly. Part of the feta seems to dissolve and mix with olive oil and vegetable juice, giving the dressing a delicate creamy taste.
  7. Bright, juicy, very appetizing salad of green beans and smoked chicken breast will decorate both everyday and festive tables.
  8. Bon appetit!
