  1. Shrimp and squid pre-boil and cool completely. I boiled small squids for 1 minute in boiling water, large shrimp - 3 minutes. Squid cut into rings. Large shrimp can be cut in half lengthwise.
  2. For the sauce, finely chop the parsley, garlic, add sugar and grind into gruel. Transfer the resulting slurry to a container, add vegetable oil, lemon juice, soy sauce. Mix well.
  3. Cut tomatoes into halves or quarters.
  4. The salad can be served on a large platter. In the center, put some kind of container with a small diameter, and put lettuce, shrimp, squid, olives, tomatoes around.
