To begin with, salmon in a frying pan with rice is one of my favorite dishes, because it always turns out delicious, and it is prepared quickly and easily.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour oil into a frying pan, pour the rice and fry until golden brown (if the rice is not steamed, then it is better to rinse it and fry until it turns white and starts to turn golden).
  2. Fill the rice with water so that the water covers the rice 1 cm higher. We are waiting for the water to be on the same level as the rice, then cover it with a lid and wait for it to be fully cooked (in 15-20 minutes it will be fully cooked).
  3. We cut the fish into fillets, be sure to get all the bones (I do this with tweezers) and cut the fillets into cubes.
  4. Pour oil (if salmon or other red fish is very fatty, then you do not need to add oil) into the pan and fry the fillets.
  5. Add the fried fillet to the rice, mix and cover again.
  6. We cut the leek. Heat the skillet with butter very strongly, put the leek into it and fry it quickly until soft and slightly golden brown.
  7. Put the salmon with rice in portions, put the leeks on top, then pour with Teriyaki sauce (in a thin stream, as shown in the video) and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
