  3. 3. Place sea buckthorn and tangerines in a container and mash with a pusher so that the fruits and fruits release juice. You can use a blender to speed up the process.
  4. 4. Pour the berry-tangerine mass into a jug, add grated ginger (a small piece - 1.5-2 cm), and cinnamon sticks (1-2 pcs.).
  5. 5. Pour 1.2 liters of boiling water, cover, and let it brew for 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Strain through a sieve, and add honey. 2 tbsp was enough for my taste. l., but if you like it sweeter, you can add more honey.
