Bright, spicy, warming, invigorating, and very healthy tea, especially in winter.
Ingredients
Directions
1. Lemon cut into circles. Clean the ginger. Cut pineapples into small pieces.
2. Grind sea buckthorn in puree with the addition of a tablespoon of sugar or honey. Grate the ginger.
3. Put all the ingredients together with green tea (or jasmine flowers) in a teapot. Lemons need two circles, but more if you like sour. Add honey or sugar to taste (if needed sweeter). Pour in boiling water.
4. Let it brew for 10-15 minutes, and you're done! You can leave it overnight, in the morning the taste will become very soft and rich.
