Simple Chicken Celery Rice Soup

  1. Turn on the oven, bring the temperature to 175 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with foil, coat the chicken pieces with oil, add salt, pepper, transfer to a baking sheet, send to the oven for half an hour.
  2. Finely chop the onion, chop the carrots and celery into thin strips, squeeze the garlic through a press.
  3. Pour oil into a saucepan, heat, fry garlic, carrots, onions, celery, add thyme and bay leaves, fry for 7 minutes until the vegetables soften.
  4. Take out the meat, divide into fibers, remove the skin and bones, pour broth diluted with water into a saucepan, let the soup boil, put chicken and rice, boil for half an hour with low heat.
  5. When serving, pour a little lemon juice into the bowls, serve simple chicken soup with celery and rice while still hot.
