Smoothie options are endless. I came up with this one. Contains blackthorn berries. It is also called blackthorn, or prickly plum. You can make smoothies without cereal and pour them into a glass, or drink them through a straw. If with cereal, put in a cup and eat with a spoon.

  1. 1. Prepare the necessary products for making smoothies. As berries, I have blackthorn, prickly plum, or blackthorn. My banana was very ripe, I peeled it right away.
