The recipe was born by accident: there were leftover fruits in the refrigerator, and I decided to make a smoothie out of them, adding some ingredients. It turned out to be a light and tasty snack!

  1. 1. Wash fruits, and dry.
  2. 2. Remove pits from cherries. Cut the core of the pears with seeds, and cut the pears into small pieces.
  3. 3. In a blender, load pieces of pears, and add poppy seeds. Grind into a puree.
  4. 4. Pour pear puree into glasses. Pour in 1 tbsp. l. oatmeal in each glass.
  5. 5. Place the cherries in a blender and puree. Pour cherry puree into glasses over oatmeal.
