As the famous song says: "Summer is a small life." And let's live this "life" brightly and beautifully. Let every summer day be filled with vivid impressions, fun adventures, unforgettable meetings, and amazing events. My smoothie for plum lovers. If plums are sour, add sugar or honey. Smoothies are great for breakfast or a light snack.

  1. 1. Wash plums, and dry. Divide into halves, and remove bones.
  2. 2. Load plums into a blender bowl, and add buckwheat flakes and cocoa powder. Grind until puree. To taste. It seemed a little sour to me, and I added 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar beat again. Pour the smoothie into glasses and let stand for 8-10 minutes so that the flakes swell a little and soften.
  3. 3. Before serving, garnish the smoothie with mint leaves and blackberries.
