I offer a smoothie recipe from summer fruits: sweet apricots, fragrant pears, and juicy nectarines. Fast, tasty, and healthy! And, as the famous song says: “I want the summer to never end! So that it rushes after me, after me!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Wash fruits, and dry. Remove pits from apricots and nectarines. Cut out the core of the pear with seeds. Cut the nectarine and pear into pieces.
  2. 2. Grind apricots in a blender until pureed.
  3. 3. Connect the pear with 1 tsp. cottage cheese and also puree with a blender. Grind the nectarine with a blender (unfortunately, I forgot to photograph this step).
  4. 4. In a glass put first a layer of apricot puree, then a layer of pear with cottage cheese, and then the final layer of nectarine.
