Smoothie with dried apricots, beans and bran

I will surprise you and propose an experiment: I will replace the banana with sweet white beans.

  1. 1. I boil the beans in advance for several dishes at once without salt. Some went to the salad.
  2. 2. Rinse the dried apricots, scald, and cover. Let stand. If it's too hard, boil it.
  3. 3. The idea to add bran is not mine, now many people do it: they add bran to kefir and drink it to cleanse the body.
  4. 4. Pour bran into kefir or yogurt into a blender bowl.
  5. 5. Cut soft dried apricots into pieces and send them to kefir.
  6. 6. Then throw in a handful of beans...
  7. 7. Mix everything with a pinch of vanilla.
  8. 8. Pour into portions, and decorate with goji berries. We drink for an afternoon snack or as a late snack.
