It's summer and you want to cool down, so I offer you an interesting smoothie recipe. It doesn't take long to make and it's delicious!

  1. 1. Add cottage cheese to a blender and pour it with milk.
  2. 2. Next, add the raspberries there and mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass.
  3. 3. Pour into a glass and add either sugar or honey to the couscous. Then we send it to the refrigerator to cool for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. After that, we take our smoothie out of the refrigerator and, if desired, decorate it with a straw and 3 raspberries. Our smoothie is ready.
