Vegetable smoothies are a great substitute for vegetable salads. This is an express dinner or quick breakfast, easy to prepare and very healthy. Celery juice refreshes smoothies. Smoothies can be supplemented with dill and parsley, lettuce, or spinach. It all depends on your taste preferences.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Wash the celeriac, dry it with paper towels, cut off the calloused places from the stalk and cut it into small pieces.
  2. 2. Wash the carrots, peel, and cut them into pieces. Squeeze juice from carrots and celery. I don't have a juicer, so I chopped the vegetables with a blender and then squeezed the juice.
  3. 3. Dip the tomato in boiling water, remove and cool, make small cuts on the top and remove the skin. Place the tomato pulp in a blender and grind. Add olive oil, carrot and celery juice, and salt (optional), and beat with a blender.
