Spaghetti with Frozen Vegetables in Tomato Sauce is a delicious and hearty Italian-style dish that takes only 15-20 minutes to prepare! Boil the spaghetti, fry the vegetables at the same time, put everything on a plate and sprinkle with grated cheese - quick and easy. And although there is no meat in the recipe, the taste is bright, and the dish itself is very satisfying. Great quick dinner or lunch!

  1. I used a ready-made vegetable mixture, which includes zucchini, corn, green peas, sweet peppers, carrots, onions and green beans.
  2. Mix tomato paste with 120 ml of water.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and put the vegetable mixture there.
  4. Saute the vegetables for about 5 minutes, until the liquid has completely evaporated and lightly browned.
  5. Bring 1.5 liters of water to a boil in a saucepan. We add salt.
  6. Dip the spaghetti into the boiled water. Cook spaghetti for about 7 minutes until al dente.
  7. To the fried vegetables, add tomato paste diluted with water, sugar, a mixture of peppers and dried basil.
  8. Also add salt.
  9. We clean the clove of garlic, pass it through a press and add it to the pan with the rest of the ingredients.
  10. We mix everything. Cover the pan with a lid.
  11. On a small fire, cook vegetables for 7-10 minutes and turn off the heat.
  12. Drain the cooked spaghetti in a colander to drain the water completely.
  13. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater.
  14. Put the spaghetti on a serving plate. Spread the vegetable mixture in the sauce on top of the spaghetti and sprinkle with grated cheese. Garnish with parsley if desired.
  15. Hot sauce with vegetables and spaghetti will melt the cheese, and the dish will become even more appetizing!
