Tasty Chickpea soup

  1. Soak chickpeas in water, with a teaspoon of soda, for five hours, preferably at night. Then drain the water, rinse the chickpeas.
  2. Boil chicken meat until tender.
  3. Remove the meat, separate from the bone and cut into pieces.
  4. Pour the chickpeas into the broth and cook until the chickpeas are soft (about 1 hour). Then add chopped chicken meat.
  5. Wash the potatoes, peel, cut and add to the broth. Salt, pepper. Cook until potatoes are ready.
  6. Peel onions and carrots, chop and lightly fry in vegetable oil. Add tomato paste, stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add the contents of the pan to the broth and cook for 10 minutes. At the end, add chopped greens.
  8. Serve hot.
