Tasty Soup with dried mushrooms

  1. Soak dried mushrooms in warm water for 5 minutes. Then drain the water, rinse thoroughly and again pour warm water so that it covers the mushrooms.
  2. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, add water (about 1.8-2 liters), salt and cook until tender.
  3. Chop the onion, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  4. Add chopped carrots. Fry lightly.
  5. Squeeze the mushrooms (do not pour out the water!), Add the mushrooms to the pan. Fry lightly over high heat.
  6. Then, little by little, add the water remaining from the mushrooms and simmer for about 10 minutes, until the water has completely evaporated.
  7. Pour the contents of the pan into the pot with the cooked potatoes.
  8. Boil.
  9. Remove from heat, add greens. Cover the soup with a lid. Let the soup brew for at least an hour.
