This tea drink with cranberries and rose hips strengthens the immune system, and helps to cope with colds.

  1. 1. Pour rose hips and black or green tea into a warmed teapot.
  2. 2. Lightly crush the cranberries with a spoon so that the berries burst.
  3. 3. Add the mashed berries to the teapot and pour boiling water over them.
  4. 4. We wrap the kettle with a thick towel. We let it brew for 15 minutes.
  5. 5. During these 15 minutes, our tea cooled down a bit, so we add honey. We mix.
  6. 6. Vitamin tea drink with cranberries and rose hips is ready. You can drink this tea either hot or cold.
