1. Prepare mint sugar that you can add to your tea. To do this, thoroughly rinse and dry the sprigs of mint, tear off the leaves and grind in a blender with 150 g of sugar until a homogeneous slurry.
2. Spread the sugar in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place the tray in the oven at 80°C for 30 minutes and leave the door ajar. Store the finished sugar in a sterilized dry jar.
3. Brew NEWBY Jasmine Flower tea and cool.
4. Cut the kiwi into cubes and transfer them to a jug. Squeeze lemon juice on top of the kiwi.
5. Add chilled tea to the pitcher.
6. Top up with mineral water, put mint sugar to taste, and let the drink brew for 30 minutes.
7. Put ice on the bottom of the glasses, and pour fragrant vitamin tea on top.
