Wash the potatoes thoroughly with a brush and boil in the skin until tender, about 20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and cut into large slices
Wash all greens, dry and chop in a blender along with vegetable oil. Salt, pepper and mix with warm potatoes. Set aside.
Slightly trim the bottom off the heads of garlic. Place the garlic in a baking dish, pour in the wine, mix with sugar, and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Peel the mushrooms, cut into large pieces. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Fry the onion and mushrooms in 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 10 minutes. Spread over boiled and chopped potatoes. Disassemble the garlic into cloves, peel, add to the potatoes and serve hot to the table.
