  1. 1. Cut the persimmon into pieces and place them in a bowl. There also put ginger slices, ground cinnamon, peppercorns, and cloves, and pour water. Put on fire, and cook after boiling over low heat for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. After 10 minutes, add 1/4 lemon to the pan and cook for another 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain the tea, add honey, and stir.
