Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Grease a round cake pan (with a hole in the middle) with a diameter of 23 cm with butter. Peel and grate the apples on a coarse grater.
In a bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, ginger, baking powder, soda and salt.
In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar, gradually add the eggs and vanilla extract.
Continuing to beat at low speed, add flour. Add apples and nuts, mix with a spatula. Put the dough into the prepared form and place in a preheated oven, bake apple cake with nuts for 55-65 minutes, until cooked.
Remove the finished cake from the oven, run a knife between the walls of the product and the sides of the mold. Leave the apple nut muffin at room temperature for 15 minutes, and then remove the muffin from the mold, let it cool completely at room temperature.
