Berry air cake

Very airy, delicious cake. Easy to prepare.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse the berries and leave to dry on a towel.
  2. Beat butter with sugar. Continuing to beat the butter and sugar, add the eggs one at a time.
  3. Mix the berries with 2 tablespoons of flour (from the norm).
  4. Add flour, baking powder, berries and nuts (optional) to the butter-egg mass.
  5. Transfer the dough into a mold and bake a cupcake for about an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  6. Take out the cake and let it cool.
  7. Prepare the frosting: beat the whites with a pinch of salt until foamy. Add sugar and beat until stiff peaks. Drizzle frosting over cake.
