Homemade cake on kefir and butter with pears and chocolate is a pastry that will win you over from the first bite! Pears and chocolate are a very good combination, they harmoniously emphasize and complement each other, and are ideal as additives to cupcake dough. The cake turns out soft, bakes well, and pieces of pears give it juiciness and moisture. I recommend to everyone!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.
  2. Remove the butter and kefir from the refrigerator so that the butter softens and the kefir is at room temperature.
  3. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  4. Break the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and vanilla.
  5. Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer on high speed for 2 minutes.
  6. Add soft butter and kefir at room temperature to the egg-sugar mixture.
  7. Beat the base of the dough again with a mixer, about 30 seconds.
  8. Mix flour with baking powder and sift through a sieve into the resulting mixture.
  9. Mix with a mixer at low speed to a smooth dough.
  10. Wash the pears, wipe dry. Cut the pears in half and remove the core, cut the flesh into small cubes.
  11. Chop the chocolate into medium sized crumbs.
  12. Send pears and chocolate chips to the dough.
  13. Use a spatula to fold the ingredients into the batter until they are evenly distributed.
  14. Line a cake pan with baking parchment.
  15. Fill out the form with a test.
  16. Bake a cake with pears and chocolate in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
  17. Remove the cake from the mold and let it cool completely before serving.
  18. Cut the cooled cupcake and serve at the table during dessert.
  19. Bon appetit!
