The recipe is one of the simplest: prepare everything, mix and bake (in one large form or in several small ones). Don't be stingy for dried fruit cake with raisins, dried apricots, or other dried fruits. It will be very beautiful and delicious.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cover the bottom and sides of a round shape (20 cm in diameter) with parchment.
  2. Beat softened butter with sugar with a mixer.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, alternating them with flour - after each egg, add 1 tbsp. l. flour.
  4. Stir in remaining flour with baking powder and milk.
  5. Cut dried apricots, add dried fruits to the dough.
  6. Pour the dough into the prepared mold. Level the surface. Bake for an hour to an hour and a half (time depends on the size of the molds) for a firm to the touch cupcake. The readiness of the cake can be checked with a wooden stick - it should be dry.
  7. Cool the cake completely in the pan (preferably on a wire rack). Cake with dried fruits is ready!
