I offer you a wonderful and very tasty cupcake made from cornmeal with raisins. This cake is a great addition to your homemade tea party. A cake made with corn flour is denser in texture than with wheat flour.

  1. Prepare the necessary products for making a cake. All foods must be at room temperature.
  2. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  3. Beat soft butter with sugar with a whisk for 5 minutes.
  4. Add eggs one at a time while continuing to beat.
  5. Sift flour with soda into the dough, add salt.
  6. Rinse and dry the raisins in advance, add it to the dough. Also add lemon zest and juice, mix well. The dough should be thick.
  7. Line a 20 x 11 cm rectangular tin with parchment paper, grease with butter, and transfer the dough. Make a slit along the center of the dough with a knife.
