Cappuccino flavored muffins

These muffins are made with coffee granules. Coffee muffins are decorated with creamy glaze.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Line 10 muffin cups with paper baskets.
  2. Place softened butter in a large bowl, add sugar and coffee, beat until smooth. Gradually add eggs, beating well after each.
  3. Sift flour and baking powder into butter mixture, mix well.
  4. Pour batter into prepared muffin tins and place in preheated oven. Bake coffee muffins 20-25 minutes, until clean wooden stick when pierced.
  5. Remove the muffins from the oven and let cool directly in the molds, then remove from the molds.
  6. Prepare frosting. In a bowl, beat cream cheese with butter and vanilla extract. Gradually add powdered sugar, mix until smooth.
  7. Spoon frosting onto muffins or use a piping bag/syringe. Sprinkle muffins with cocoa powder.
  8. These coffee muffins can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
