Cheese cupcakes with champignons and vegetables

  1. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, salt, pepper, mustard powder, baking powder.
  2. Add kefir, milk, eggs, softened butter. We knead the dough. We rub the cheese on a grater (you can cut it into small cubes), add it to the dough and knead well again.
  3. Fill greased molds halfway with batter. Lay slices of vegetables and mushrooms on top. Then cover with dough and grease the top of the cupcakes with milk.
  4. In a well-heated oven to 220 degrees, put the muffins and bake for 15 minutes until they rise and acquire a golden crust.
  5. Reduce the temperature to 180 degrees after 10
  6. minutes after the start of baking to bake
  7. evenly.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
