Almond Chocolate Cake is a delicious treat with a vibrant flavor and a moist texture. The peculiarity of this recipe is that the almond cake is prepared without flour, so it looks like a big candy. True sweet tooth will definitely appreciate the rich and rich taste of this chocolate and almond cake!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We prepare products. We take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance and give it time to soften.
  2. Turn on the oven, let it warm up to 175 degrees.
  3. Grind the almonds in a blender so that large pieces remain.
  4. Grind 140 g of chocolate with a blender into crumbs.
  5. Mix chopped almonds and chocolate.
  6. Proteins are separated from the yolks.
  7. With a mixer, beat the yolks with sugar (10-15 minutes).
  8. Then, without stopping whipping, in small portions add soft butter to the yolks.
  9. With a mixer, mix the yolks with butter until smooth.
  10. We shift the egg-butter mass into a deep bowl and mix with a mixture of almonds and chocolate.
  11. Pour in the rum and mix again.
  12. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks.
  13. Gently, in small portions, using a silicone spatula, mix the proteins into the chocolate-nut dough.
  14. Put the dough into a baking dish. I used a silicone mold that doesn't need to be oiled. A detachable metal mold is also suitable, but it is better to grease it with oil before use.
  15. Break the remaining chocolate into small pieces.
  16. Put the pieces of chocolate in the mold too, sinking them deeper into the dough.
  17. Bake the flourless almond chocolate muffin pie in the oven at 175 degrees for 40 minutes.
  18. Let the finished chocolate-nut cake cool completely and only then carefully remove it from the mold.
  19. Decorate the cake with chocolate and almonds as desired.
  20. Bon appetit!
