Chocolate coffee cake with pear

Chocolate and coffee cake with fresh pears.

Ingredients

• 200 g soft butter
• 100 g sugar
• 2 tablespoons cocoa
• 2 tablespoons ground coffee (no instant)
• 250 g (or so) flour
• 2 tablespoons starch
• 3 eggs
• 100 g sour cream
• 2 large hard pears
• baking powder

Directions

1. Actually, take everything, and mix it.
2. Pour into a mold, cut pear slices on top (I poured them with lemon, I like the sourness to be present).
3. Oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees, readiness to check with a wooden stick.
4. Saturate with rum and it will be gorgeous!
